We dispatch every order with care, keeping your gelato and ice cream at the perfect temperature. Most deliveries arrive within a few days, and you will receive a tracking link when your parcel ships.
We offer free standard shipping on every order of our artisan ice cream and gelato. Express options are available at checkout.
If you are not completely happy with your gelato or ice cream selection, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition.
In the rare case your gelato or ice cream arrives damaged, get in touch straight away and we will replace it immediately with fresh flavors.
